В этой тренировки представлены упражнения на совершенствования такого навыка, как игра головой. В современном футболе очень важно уметь хорошо выполнять этот элемент. В этом видео представлены упражнения, на то как правильно подстраиваться под мяч, как сильно пробить с места, без прыжка в движении, в прыжке.
"Совершенствуй свое мастерство"
Я будучи игроком 4 клубов Премьер-лиги (тогда клубная лига имела именно такое название) не разу не тренировал игру головой. За исключением несколько упражнений у Ментюкова в Динамо и подсказки "Надо бить лбом" ничего не слышал и не делал. Результат пришел лишь, тогда когда прочел методичку Чирвы и Голомазова "Методика игры головой" и сам попробовал потренировать по их рекомендациям.
Мой брат ходит в ДЮСШ Москвич уже 3 года и я не видел не одной тренировки на отработку этого элемента, как научиться, если не тренировать игру головой? Интересно в клубной лиги так же нет тренировок на этот элемент?Может кто-то просветить?
Да в нашей стране мало кто головой умеет играть, взять хотя бы момент с Зыряновом в матче с Ирландцами, забей Костя и все вот он чемпионат Европы, а так все решится только в самом конце!обидно...
