Первый эпизод - назначение свободного удара в ворота КР-2, второй- назначение пенальти в ворота КР-2, третий- не назначение пенальти в ворота ТР-2.

В первом эпизоде 100% свободный, пас назад вратарю. Во втором эпизоде тоже верное решение. Игрок увидев, что мяч пролетает мимо, скорее всего неосознанно остановил его рукой. А вот в третьем эпизоде спорный момент, даже в профессиональном футболе нет единого решения. Я склоняюсь больше к пенальти, т.к. рука не прижата и мяч летел в сторону ворот.

По 1 моменту: все верно , т.к. игрок отдал намеренную передачу вратарю , а тот взял мяч в руки , что делать при такой передаче запрещается , отсюда и свободный , 2 момент - игра рукой , скорее всего случайная , однако аналогичный момент с рукой в другие ворота , здесь , конечно , либо и туда , и туда пеналь , либо никуда
